Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Yesterday I was out with my friends. Eating just way too much! Pizza and coke. Icecream.... I've got no control when I'm together with my friends. Today I feel awful - still full and very fat. I cant' close my jeans anymore. And I'm still hungry. Am i completly mad???
