Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - im losing motivation slowly since school started. all this school stress is really getting to me!!!!! i was on a severe mission where i lost 22 pounds in 3 months and BAM! school starts and i lost all my motivation to exercise and eat healthy.. today i really did well.. i exercised and ate well although i ate ice cream.. its HOTTTT. lol

I try to work out whenever I can. Like you, I sometimes lack the motivation, and I don't do it. I really enjoy pilates, and walking on the tredmile. I really really want to buy a dance video or something...I figured out that I'm good at the cutting back part, just not exercising. I try to exercise 3-4 times a week, which is good considering my schedule. And you're right, this place has turned into a ghost town. I don't like it at all...! Hey, congrats on losing all that weight, I wish I could've lost that much! I'm gonna keep tryin' though. Good luck to the both of us !

finally i have a very informative advice.. blubberbuster is turning into a ghost town :| i'm glad there are people like yourself who take the time out and post comments it means a lot..
and im going to workout 4-5 times a week :) how about you?

You need to get organized. Set aside time to do homework and time to do exercise. To make exercise more fun, get your friends together and play a game of volleyball or soccer or something where you're moving. Go walk to the movie theater or go to an outside mall to walk. It's simple things that are fun but still good for you. For example : After school I eat an apple and water - I sit and watch t.v. for about an hour at the most. Then I do my homework until it's finished which is usually around 7 or 8. Afterwards I go exercise for an hour and then relax a bit. You just need to get a little more organized so you can still accomplish school work and lose weight at the same time! - Good luck!
