Ht. 5'10", Start: 175 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 69), Goal: 150 lb - So I finally had gotten down to my goal weight of 150 lbs, but 2 weeks ago me and my boyfriend broke up and since then i have gained 6 pounds. ugh this is soo fustrating!

It took me about a month and a half and here is how my eating and excersing routine worked
I woke up and did a 30 minute yoga video to start my day and then would eat a bowl of special k or fiber one cereal
Then around 2 i would eat one plate of a meal, but smaller proportions like 1 main thing (1piece of grilled chicken, or 1 hot dog) a salad or a vegetable, and then another littlew side food. and then for dinner, i would eat an apple or a fiberone bar something lite and healthy. i would workout on the elypitical for an hour, or do someother workout tape for an hour. every evening. hope this helps (:
