Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 158.6 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - I REALLY hope i can get down to 130 pounds by february and thats 28 pounds in 5 months. [5.6 pounds a month]. this is very possible right?

maybe your body's getting used to it? try to do more cardio like an hour for 2 days and 40 for the last two. or do intervals, inclines or both. and how is your eating? because that could get you off track.

yes i know what you mean i lost 12 pounds in one month but that was in the beginning when i was in the 180s.. now that im getting closer to my goal weight its so hard to leave the 150s! or maybe im just not trying as hard? :( dont know..
can you give me any tips on how to lose at a faster rate.. like im exercising 4 times a week.. friday saturday sunday and wednesdays.. doing taebo 2 times a week and ab workout once a week and treadmill all 4 days for 40 minutes.. grrr.. i hope to see progress by october 15th :) i need to get down 8 pounds in the next 28 days! :) wish me luck.

It's very very possible. Trust me. 5 1/2 pounds is not a lot in a month. The most I've lost in a month is 10 pounds - you'll be just fine, trust me! Good luck
