Ht. 5'4", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 161 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 160 lb - Ok, so, I have lost 6 pounds since I last posted. I have been doing BYou (Sabrina Bryan dance workout) and TRYING very hard to watch my intake of food--though that part isn't going so well for me...
I am hoping to be down 10-12 pounds by November (5-6 pounds a month) because there is an event that I would like to look nice for. I am thinking that, for my height, 140 will be good...or do you think I would be better at 130?? Please give your opinion...

hey, I think you should shoot for 140 for right now, then when you reach that you can decide if 130 is needed! and Congrates I just noticed you're only a pound away from your original goal weight!

i think you should keep losing weight until you think your at the weight you look best at.
