There's a better chance of your "getting it all off" FASTER with this diet and other fad diets. But, there's a WAYY better chance of your "getting it all of AND keeping it all off" naturally. Cut back 200 calories a day, burn 200 calories a day--simple things, first. If you hit a plateau, exercise more. Simple as that--you won't regret losing weight the right way.

Well, techically you do it with the supervision of a doctor. You eat basically the food pyramid. Minus carbohydrates and sugars. You basically eat lots of fruits, vegetables, little meat and crackers and such. I don't blame you though, I was a bit of a skeptic too, and I do want to make that permanent lifestyle change , but I just don't lose weight easy, I work and work and work at it, and it just never ever works. I think I'm gonna try it, and I'll get back to you guys. The only problem is I dont think I'll be able to do it, it's a bit expensive and my mom can't afford to pay for me, my sister and herself...So I'm just gonna eat somewhat the same diet as them, just with more calorie intake because I have a gym class and i can't afford to be tired all the time. My uncle has been doing it and he said it's worked miracles even though he's really tired. My sister's friend did it and she lost 30 pounds in 30 days. That's a bit extreme. I'm all about doing it the natural way, but I just want to get it all off.

It sounds very dangerous. 500 calories a day is not nearly enough. You will be starving yourself of nutrients and will mess up your metabolism a lot. Plus, you may lose all the weight you want to through this diet but you will gain it back so fast if you go back to eating normally again. You need to make a lifestyle change. Can you eat 500 calories every day for the rest of your life? Probably not. You will not be a very happy or healthy person.
