Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 248 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - I ate so much today. Feeling totally bloated. There's no chance of not eating what I want to eat. I'm getting fatter every day. Anybody feels like me?

I feel like you in one respect: I sometimes feel like there's no stopping my eating too much. But, I have a solution(s).
First, you could drink water. But, keep a water bottle so you won't be tempted by the food in the kitchen.
Second, you should try not to keep sweets/junk food in the house. I only eat desserts on Sunday and now I find myself looking forward to Sundays and being fine during the week--except the occasional craving. Also, if you feel like you need chips or cookies: there's SunChips, Veggie Chips, Baked Lays...etc. As for cookies, Kashi cookies are DELICIOUS and good for you.
