Ht. 5'5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 160.8 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - OH MY GOD!! i dont know what to doooo! school stress is realllllly taking a toll on me! i went down to 156 pounds and then i gained up to 158.8 then i knew something had to be done and i tried to lose all the weight i gained within that week but i ended up gaining up to 160. i gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks.. i hardly exercised this month and didnt lose but GAINED! i am sooooo determined i need to lose this weight ASAP! im so focused!
i also wanted to ask about the GREEN TEA FAT BURNER. i wanted to start it tomorrow. it seems really cool its just like the green tea you drink but this not only helps you with the fiber dosages but its also a fat burner.. have you guys tried it? should i try it? any advice would help. thanks!

Oh this is easy to take care of! You said you hardly exercised and then gained weight. Well, start exercising! Mix it up, dance, tae bo, walking, running, pilates, yoga, weight lifting, just mix it up a bit. And don't forget to drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and veggies. (Tip: Divide your weight in half and that's how many OUNCES of water you should be drinking.I did the math for you, you should be drinking 80.4 ounces of water.) Good luck :)
