Ht. 5'8", Start: 272 lb, Today: 219 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - Okay,well I stopped dieting for like a month,and now im starting over again.When I started this,almost a year ago,I was 272 and scared of how much bigger I would get.So I started eating salads alot,from october 25th until december 25th.I lost around 20 pounds from that,but then I stopped dieting until somewhere around april 5th or 6th.Then I started really strictly,no meat,no bread,no fish,no eggs,no added salt,nothing to drink except water,and i didnt exercise.Well that lasted until june,and when july came I allowed fish,but took away potatoes.I stuck to that until august when school started,because I was on a plateau,and I was stressed from school I just gave up,I ate whatever I wanted and drank whatever I wanted,until now.Im starting over,AGAIN.Well im not sure which diet I want to do this time,maybe the vegetarian one again?Idk.Thanks for reading,and please reply(:

Yeah I can I just like to change mine alot to see if other dieting methods work better.Thanks for the commment:)

Can you stick to a diet? I can't. I fail every time I try. Nonetheless good luck to you!
