Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 212 lb (BMI: 33), Goal: 130 lb - 18 pounds down! I didn't exersize/diet for two weeks, so i gained/stayed the same- but the first week I went back to the gym for 4 days and ate well, I started dropping weight again! I want to be 20lbs down by mid-next week, and under 200 by November! Keep working hard people! And exercise is key! I lose so much more weight when i exercise!
