Ht. 5'7", Start: 163 lb, Today: 161 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 140 lb - so, my main goal is to lose some weight til my 16th birthday, which is a week before christmas.
i just want my birthday to be as good as possible, and as i'm spending it in miami, i might as well shape up ;)
so far i've lost 2lb, but that could also just be waterweight.
my diet basically is keeping my calories und 1000 per day. i'm trying to spread them out evenly over the day (not a huge breakfast and nothing after...). it's a lot easier than i thought. while counting up all the calories i've already eaten,i can keep track of what and how much i eat and by the time i've come up with the calories i've got left, i don't really feel that hungry anymore and grab my water bottle ;P
and i'm doing some situps every night and on the weekends when i haven't got anything to do, i go for a run ;)
i'm not sure how fast or slow i'll actually lose weight, but since i usually eat a lot of junk and don't really do a lot of exercise, it should add up after a bit. i hope.
if anyone's got tips or motivation, i'd love to hear it :)

it's pretty simple to be honest. i just think of how i look now and how i could look if i keep up the good work.
works for me. and after a while it just becomes a routine you do everyday like brushing your teeth or so... ;)

and just a question. how do you get motivated to exercise?
