Ht. 5'10", Start: 166 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 160 lb - gained the 6 pounds that took me 2 months to lose.
but i'm starting over forgetting all the times i lost then gained. but for runners or people who exercise outside. do you exercise in the morning or the evening?
