Reply from Melissa, Age 15 - 10/21/09 - IP#: 67.41.224.xxx Be sure to watch your diet. All that exercise means nothing if your diet is crappy. But don't eat too little because your body needs enough food to provide energy for all that exercise. & you might be just gaining weight in muscle, not fat.
