Always trying to lose, but gaining instead. I've reached a new all-time high weight: 252 lbs!!! Unbelievable. I do not only feel fat, but I am. My belly is really huge, and my thighs have gotten fat. I'm so frustrated. But then I eat again. It's awful.
Reply from Teela, Age 16 - 11/16/09 - IP#: 75.106.192.xxx Hi i'm 213Lbs, 5'6". I started out at a 180Lbs a long time ago, thinking i was fat. Then i started going up...and up....ok and up. About 235 pounds. I felt horrible about myself, and now i'm 213. Trying to lose more. I try to walk at least 30 minutes everyday, and i cut my portions in half. I chose things like water over soda, 1 piece of pizza over two, and a snack of carrots instead of a chocolate bar. It helped alot :) Good Luck!
Reply from Christine, Age 17 - 10/27/09 - IP#: 150.135.210.xxx I know how you feel -- two years ago, I hit my all-time high around 250 as well. Been losing since and now I'm down to 180-190. (I don't weigh myself much anyway. Just trust clothing size.) Do you exercise much? I've found that cutting out a few foods and running every day helped me drop loads of weight. If you need a diet buddy, I'm here!
