Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 159.9 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 120 lb - gooooooooooooooooooood!! ever since i started school september i havent been eating my best and hardly ever exercise.. i've been loaded with exams, midterms, homework, and family stress. i really need to get back on my weight loss journey! this morning i woke up and looked at the mirror and said SERIOUSLY? what has happened to me for the past two months.. do i really wanna fail like i did several times ago for the past 3 years? you came a long way and you dont deserve to fail! this is your time .. so today my sister had a get together and there was soooo much food!! and i knew i wouldnt dare touch any of those cheesecakes nor hotdogs.. i'm so proud of myself :]! but now i promise i wont come back and forth asking several questions and dwelling on my weight issues.. nothing but positive posts and weight loss! :]. however, i do have a question regarding my body frame.. i was wondering how to lose arm fat!! im telling you i have so much fat on my arms and back :[ help me! thanks!

hey melissa! =D same here! my life isnt that busy however, when i want to start exercising all the sudden its around midterms, exams and a bunch of homework. lol. i think i do it conciously, in the light of avoiding it. :[ its a bad habit! but, im hoping to run on the treadmill for an hour today and eat healthy :D keep me busted weight loss buddy. heh :D

I'm doing well, thanks for asking. As for the weight loss/gain, I've maintained my weight. No loss :( But no gain either.. I'm having trouble motivating myself to go exercise. I never get around to it, I just can never find the time even though I always have free time; my life is not a busy one. How about you? How's it going?

I have the same problem! I have this disgusting 'fat roll' that rests right beneath my bra...so ugly, so annoying! Anyway, to lose arm fat, losing weight just will take fat off everywhere. You can also lift weights (minor weights, start off slow) to build the muscle in your arms and get rid of fat. I don't know how to get rid of back fat. But like I said earlier I think just exercising will get rid of it. Walking gets rid of fat everywhere but especially in your butt, thighs and stomach area. But it basically makes you lose weight all over.
