Reply from steve, Age 12 - 11/03/09 - IP#: 76.168.135.xxx hey im steve and i know im younger than you but i know about health. Dont worry about being fat. its a process during your life where sometimes you eat alot. if you think im wrong look aat those skinny kids in school either there too skinny or theres something wrong with them. you shouldnt starve yourself because its an eating disorder and its only gonna make it worse. try swimming i lost 20 pounds in i dont know 1 month i know it seems like a long time but time goes fast give it a try. Dont worry about your friend if he i dont know breaks up with you than accept it dont hate your life because theres a better guy out there looking for you. Life is hard i know...trust me but you need to keep your head up and not give up. the world isnt a small place... Good Lock =)

Reply from Melissa, Age 15 - 11/02/09 - IP#: 67.41.162.xxx If your boyfriend can't accept you as you are then there are definately going to be some relationship problems in the future. ----Also, just eating right won't help. You need to exercise too, and drink your water. You should be drinking 90 oz. of water a day. It sounds like a lot but it isn't.
