Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 127 lb (BMI %tile: 86), Goal: 105 lb - WOW! u guys r losing sooooooo much weight!! How do you do it?? My family already eats really healthy, but nothing's changed besides a little eight gain. My parents think that I'm a "normal size" and I'm "too young" to lose weight. I've actually had some mental breakdowns at times in my life, which made me feel MISERABLE!! I HATE it when people make fun of me! And at school, everyone wears skinny jeans, and I just can't! I feel horrible. Plus, all the girls are lifting eachother up into the air, but not me! They know for a fact that I'd crush them. :( I dunno... I really wanna be healthy, but I'm not confident that it's gonna work. Like I said earlier, I already eat really healthy... How can I change my lifestyle in order to lose weight? I bought a yoga ds game and I'm using it 1/2 hour a day, but I don't know if that's working. I read that it's really helps to jump rope for 10 minutes straight, and I can't even do 1!! I get tired just sprinting 1 time around our puny driveway. Plus I can't wear tight shirts cuz it shows off my hideous luvhandles!! My stomach is HUGE. When I sit down I can feel it fold and it just grosses and creeps me out. What should I do?? Plz help me!! I'm MISERABLE. :'(

let me start of by saying your not fat so however gave that idea or told that you are is an idiot!! its good that your eating healthy and exercising cuz its a good thing to do no matter what age or weight you are.in my opinonion if you keep doing what your doing youll reach your goal even though its really not necessary.
