Ht. 5'3.2", Start: 175 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - Hey guys! I haven't been here for a while but I'm stillll going! I have started Jillian Michael's workout Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism and it is very intense. But worth it. The aerobics are phenomenal and doing 3 days (only half of the workout) one week I lost a pound. It's wonderful, you should try it! My goal is to lose 6 more pounds by the middle of December with this workout. Or maybe more. Who knows? ;] Keep up the great work, everyone! :D
