What i did that helped me was..I walked 30min everyday no matter what, i do abobut 30 situps or as many as i can, cause sometimes i don't have time. I do 69 jumping jacks, but u may have to work your way up. Start small. I just started something that helped my mom. When she was younge she weighed 300 pounds at age 14-15. She also dropped tremendous amounts of weight. You know what she did? danced. So maybe it sounds goofy, stupid or a "girl" things, but dancing in ur room for 30 min, could help. If you keep moving and jumping and twisting, it's very challenging. So i hope this helps, i know i'm miserable and will do anything to loose wieght...I wish you all the luck in the world!
