Ht. 5'2", Start: 125 lb, Today: 126 lb (BMI %tile: 85), Goal: 105 lb - Yay! I'm so proud of myself! 2day for school lunch, I only ate half of my pizza and had skim milk instead of chocolate milk!! I REALLY want to eat an AlmondJoy (my fave candy), but I promise myself that I'll eat one when I weight 120. But it's taking SOOOOOOOOOOO long and I'm not losing anything!! Ugh. I'm sick of feeling my stomach fold when I sit down. Haha. I suck it in everyday, it's wierd! It kindof hurts to wear jeans though... Plus, I don't like to go out because I feel so... fat, hehe. But I'm soooooooo MAD right now!! THis is my second of third week trying to lose and nothing's happening. I HATE going out to do activities with other girls my age who I don't kno becuase they're all sticks and I'm a 126 pound potatoe!! You know what else? I'm signing up for ski club with my school and they have to know yor weight!!! Shooooooot!! THis sux. I'm a bit overweight and I'm trying to lose and ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS!!! Omg! Please plz plz help me!!! I'm COMPLETELY lost. Sorry for my rambling and GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!

um 126 is not very big your very healthy the people weighing you are not going to think your overweight couse your not sooooo just chill

You need to make sure you're counting calories, and not overeating, but ALSO not undereating. Undereating can hurt your chances of weight loss too. And you should search for a BMR calculator online and then use that to find your BMR, and as long as you're taking in less calories than that (whether by cutting calories or exercise), you should lose weight.
