I've got a few questions.
First off.
When I like work out, for a couple hours, I can lose 5 pound, like suoer easy! Is this normal??

The five pounds you lose can't be real fat. Because you have to burn 3500 calories to burn off ONE pound of fat (granted your body will do a bit of this for you, using it for daily activities if your intake is low enough, but still high enough to be healthy)... and an hour of running non-stop pretty much only burns 700 calories. It'd take about five hours of non-stop running to lose a pound of fat just from exercise. So it could be water weight your losing, which is just water you retain, it can be easily lost, or it may just be a technical error, like you're weighing yourself in different clothes (it's amazing how much weight your clothing can add, and a lot of people don't think about it), if you're weighing on carpet instead of a hard flooring then it can mess up your results. So I can't be sure what it REALLY is, but you CAN'T lose five pounds of fat after two hours of exercising... it's physically impossible.
