Ht. 5'10", Start: 175 lb, Today: 171 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 170 lb - I feel motivated but i ate so much today! :( my mom wont buy gum so i cant chew on that. i exercised but i think i ate too much and the exercise didn't even help :(
