I don't eat snacks, or desserts...So, what i'd like to know is, WHY AM I STILL THIS WEIGHT??? Anybody have any tips??? Im open to anything!!

And a lot of times people aren't really aware of what they're putting in their body, so just because you're not chowing down on chips and cupcakes, doesn't mean you're necessarily eating healthy. Read nutrition labels, and count calories, and fat, and sugar. And cut back on your portions. Make sure you're eating a balanced diet and not too much and make sure you're exercising regularly, and if you do, you will lose weight.
