Reply from emma, Age 14 - 02/10/10 - IP#: 208.58.197.xxx hi! i eat 6 small meals a day. ex: bkfst: 1 scrambled egg on toast w/ 1/2 banana snack: 10 pretzel crisps w/ laughing cow cheese and 1/2 banana lunch: sandwhich on whole wheat bread and apple snack: apple w/ a little PB dinner: whatever my mom makes! i do pilates whenever i can, and crunches etc. every night. hope this is helpful.
