Ht. 5'10.5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 160 lb - hmm i need an exercise plan that will guarantee weight loss. (1-2 lbs a wk) becuz i have my 8th grade promotion and i need to wear a dress and i don't wanna wear one with sleeves and i don't wanna feel conscious if i wear a tank top like dress. so please tell me any of the exercise plans you do that really do guarantee weight loss. thanks!!! :)
