Ht. 5'6", Start: 181 lb, Today: 145.8 lb (BMI %tile: 72), Goal: 125 lb - Hey everyone! :)
I'm 145 (lowest since my Freshman Year in High School) and I'm noticing that its getting harder and harder to me. And I can't control my hunger. Whenever I would get hungry I would eat the cereal named Organic Bran with Psyllium and Oatman. Its the best cereal that I recommend to you guys! It has loads of Fiber, 13gram a bowl. :) But I really want a trick that will suppress my hunger. Maybe a shake? What type? Any tips would help! thanks!
