Ht. 5'3", Start: 144 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI %tile: 75), Goal: 115 lb - I have lost a grand total of 16 pounds in a half a year, but I'm a little confuzzeld. My upper body is nice and slim, but when you get down to my legs and such it looks like I havn't lost a thing! Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas on how to loose the jiggly leg syndrome?

I've heard a lot that running can get your legs thinner. Hope this helps!
