Ht. 5'5.5", Start: 181 lb, Today: 141.6 lb (BMI %tile: 69), Goal: 120 lb - SPRING BREAK HELL WEEK!!
I'm starting today Friday 26th to April 5th I am going to do hardcore workouts. I am planning to do extreme cardio and go hiking at least every other day. I am hoping in 11 days I can break into the 130s once again ..... SINCE MIDDLE SCHOOOL!! :D I can't wait! I want to lose at least 5 pounds. I know thats a lot but I haven't been exercising for the past 4 days because of midterms for school. However, I know once I get back in I tend to lose a lot because I give it my all! But tomorrow I'm going out for a family get together at a restaurant and I know I'm going to have to eat a lot because my family want me to stop losing weight. But of course I'm not going to stop till I'm thin lean and healthy! :D Soooo I think tomorrow will be my day off. Or should I not make excuses and just order salad and small portion meals so I don't fall of track? Thank you guys for reading this rant. lol
