Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 201 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 199 lb - Hey everyone so just alittle update I hadn't put my weigh in up well honestly because I was having a break down about some stupid guy I'm over it, so this weeks weight is 201 that's right folks a pound down :). My goal last week was 4 miles everyday and not to eat after 7 Good news: I did 4 miles everyday all 7 yeah. Bad news: some days I forgot and ate at like 7:30 or 8. But good or bad some weights gone.
Oh okay so for those of you have a sparkteen account (I LOVE LOVE LOVE SPARKTEEN) I do a weekly blog that a bit more in depth in my weight lose and brake downs lol
