Reply from stace, Age 18 - 04/17/10 - IP#: 71.136.234.xxx What I usually do is sit down for 10 minutes before running and stretching and simultaneously motivating myself quietly in my head. I tell myself "1 hour of cardio will not kill you. If you keep delaying it... you will never make it". And if that doesn't work out I go on youtube and look at before and after or watch me shrink videos. It really gets you motivated! :D
