I know working out while you are on your period actually relieves your abdominal pain, but I think it can get worse lol. Thanks!
Reply from Amanda, Age 21 - 05/09/10 - IP#: 63.135.9.xxx I read somewhere that it doesn't matter when you eat, because a calorie is a calorie, so you can eat right before bed if you want to as long as its within your calories for the day. however, your metabolism slows down when you sleep, so most people recommend not eating 3 hours before you go to sleep. hope i helped! and good luck, you've done an amazing job!
