I have been on so many diets, that all stops now. This will be a permanent change, that I'm doing only FOR ME. It begins today. To begin with, i will run one mile every day, and just not over-eat. Then, I will start to incorporate more exercise into my days. I'll do it right this time. I know a lot about weight loss, exercise and calorie counting as I've been learning about these things for over five years. So if anyone has a question or wants to talk, please reply :)
