From jessica, Age 18 - 05/26/10 - IP#: 108.10.100.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 248.8 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 155 lb - well im down a pound since posting last...which was two days ago...i kno most of it is prolly water weight since ive been running and sweating a ton...but i have been drinking 2 gallons of water a day!!! the way i can make sure i drink is it fill up an old gallon of milk jug and drink it through out the day twice...i have a big glass in the morning and i just drink it and drink it...cold water helps you burn calories...just fyi for people who didnt know that...so you can burn calories by drinking COLD WATER!!! keep that in mind water is allllways best for you!! also if you need something sweet go for crystal light...its almost calorie free and is delicious!!! lets see today i caved and had chinese food for lunch...however...good knews is i ate it amost 6 hours ago and im not even slightly hungry...so for dinner imight just have a piece of lean fish and that chinese food will carry me over till tomorrow. I ran 3 miles today to try to burn off alot of those unwanted calories....My friend who has his own place is letting me use his workout place...hes gonna sneak me in :] sooo i dont have to pay for a membership and he said they usually dont care if guests come...sooo hopefully ill be running alot more inside then in this heat!!! it was 92 when i ran today...well good luuuck evveryone and remember WATER WATER WATER!!!
