Reply from Juliette, Age 17 - 06/07/10 - IP#: 99.237.131.xxx Maybe this is a little far out there, but what if it's muscle weight gain? That would be aweomse! Or, if you are close to your period or on your period, you cuold have gained around 2-3 pounds because of water retention, so keep that in mind. Don't worry, keep up the hard work and Good Luck!
Reply from Jocelyn, Age 19 - 06/05/10 - IP#: 96.51.76.xxx How much are you eating? Just from my personal experience, about 2 weeks ago I started eating 1300-1500 calories and I gained 2 pounds! But then a week ago I upped it to 1500-1800 (usually about 1650 a day) and lost a pound and a half. So especially if you are exercising a lot, eat a lot too! Of course, make sure it is healthy foods=) Also, you might need to get some healthy fats such as peanut butter if the only thing you are eating is salad. I hope this helps you! Try eating a little more for a week and see what happens.
