From Michelle, Age 16 - 06/14/10 - IP#: 67.233.156.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 228 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 180 lb - Okay so I'm pretty happy with the way I look even though I weigh more then most still I'm a size 10 to 12 now (When I started I was a 16) so I bought this book thin thighs in 30 days its a little book about 70 pages basically it combines walking/running with toning exercises for your legs different things for each day of the week, by August I want to be 185 and a solid size 10 :)
Reply from Mcihelle, Age 16 - 06/21/10 - IP#: 67.233.156.xxx Okay I lost 18 pounds last year and just kept if off for a year then this year I lost 14 and I'm still losing so its taken me awhile I have lost weight before this, quick too but it just came right back then I'd gotten to 194 I'm almost there again and I know this time I can maintain my weight cause I've already been doing for a year and a half :D and no the book hasn't helped me lose any weight turns out, but sense I've been doing the toning work outs I've lost an inch off my thighs so I think its doing something :)
