Reply from Taylor, Age 15 - 06/29/10 - IP#: 174.49.121.xxx i know the feeling but DONT STOP!!! check what you are eating you might be exercising just to put it back on... i honestly always eat what i love i just dont eat alot of it anymore or i eat half and give the rest away and take VITAMINS!!!...i think they played a big role in helping me and eat FIBER FIBER FIBER foods with tons of it,it helps you feel full longer!! i still might eat mcdonalds but instead of getting what i usaully get like 10 pc chicken nuggets meal i just get a happy kids meal or a mighty kids meal and i,l rather you eat healthy AND eat what you love cause if you dont eat the things you like when your really craving it and you just give into eating it you'll over eat it soooooo just eat it lol but not alott 1 fun size is ok... hope that helps and heres my email taylorboo922@yahoo.com if you have anymore questions
