Reply from Juliette, Age 17 - 07/10/10 - IP#: 94.68.248.xxx Don't feel disgusting. Your weight loss is awesome, so far. Just keep it up! And have confidence. Stop putting yourself down. Otherwise you'll just feel bad about yourself and lose motivation. As for the exercise workout routines, try to add in more variety, check out new exercises online and substitute some in for more variety. also, look at sports instead of just workouts. They work the same way, but they are much more fun (for most people). Good Luck!
