Ht. 5'8", Start: 216.6 lb, Today: 216.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - Today was my first day of my new resolve to get healthier. It was difficult last night to not eat because it has become a habit for me to wake up in the middle of the night and go downstairs and have something to eat, possibly grab a soda and go back to bed. Last night I was up for a couple hours because the cravings wouldn't go away. I hope after a couple of days this will get better. Does anyone have any advice as to how not to eat at night? This evening I'm going to a baseball game. I hope I can resist getting any of the bad food. Wish me luck!!!

Brushing my teeth makes me too freaking lazy to go and eat after =p Also cause i don't want to ruin the minty taste in my mouth. Same with chewing gum. So maybe if you brushed your teeth or chewed a piece of gum, it would reduce the nighttime cravings...That or try to just drink enough water to fill you up.
