I love to eat til I'm overfull at every meal and I find it hard to say no to any food offered to me. I had McDonald's twice, both meals over 1,500 calories. I had two dinners and my dessert was a huge sundae with tons of hot fudge. I am down to one pair of jeans and the rest are sweatpants because my belly is too big to fit into my size 24 jeans anymore. I just don't know what to do! I hate working out. Any tips?
