But when you have free time, make list in your head about stuff you *would* be willing to give up for your health, stuff that you dont like so much. Also what has helped me is 'testing my willpower' not to eat something. I'll make some food when I'm not hungry, and leave it on the counter, while refusing to let myself eat it... and so far its helping me realize when im hungry and when im not.
