Ht. 5'10", Start: 275 lb, Today: 275 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 250 lb - My name is Bianca and I am tall which makes my weight not look as big as I really am. I always wnat to lose weight yet its difficult because I've never really done it. I need help and advice from people to help keep me on track. Hi Bianca! I'm glad your taking this journey towards a heathier you! For workout ideas, running, walking, jogging or any other physical activity really helps tone your body and burn fat. Dancing and walking up and down stairs is also a great way to burn calories and tone your calfs, and quads! Also, weight lifting ,sit-ups and any type of toning on problem areas will help burn fat and gain muscle.
