Ht. 5'4", Start: 190 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - Okay...so I use to come on to this website a lot a couple years ago and I lost a lot of weight, but now I've gained a lot back after getting very sick at the beginning of the school year. I would love to hear some great workouts or eating tips that could add to my weight loss. I'm always looking for new ways to exercise or boost my metabolism. I support everybody on this website and I hope you all get skinny and confident :)

Hello Just saying try a 1300 calorie diet i lost 10 pounds in a month just doing that with my gym classes in school and walking. Write down everything you eat,and the calories. Oh and if you really follow you should loose more but i cheat alot lol good luck ever wanna talk add my myspace./magencarter
