Ht. 5'3.5", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Ugh I'm so frustrated with myself, It seems like every week i "start my diet " then eat something bad and then I restart it AGAIN. This has been an on-going cycle for the longest time. I say this everytime but I truthfully want to make a change. I want to be healthy. i want to be able to share clothes with my skinny friends. I want to look good in a swimsuit. I want boys to like me :( if anyone has any tips or advice for me please comment, it would be really appreciated !

I agree with Megan.
& it's okay to treat yourself once and a while.
Like once a week?
Or even better once a month.
Also u could change ur idea of "sweets" and "snacks". Instead of candy or chips eat fruit or veggies.(:
& eat the "good sugars" like fruit.
It helps allot to have weightless buddy. Keeps u motivated!

Just because you eat one bad thing doesn't mean you need to "start over" again just keep a food journal and remember you ate that bad thing and work out twice as hard the next time you work out.
Or you could set aside 1 meal a week to eat whatever you want that way your not feeling deprived.
