It started out as an application on my iPod, but you can now join for free online. It is called loseit. The link is loseit.com. You may think it is just one of those website plans that tells you what to eat and it never works, but it's not. You simply enter your weight, age, goal weight, and record your weight daily, or as much as you want. It tells you how many calories you may eat depending on how much weight you want to lose. You can chose between losing one half pound, 1 pound, 1 1/2 pounds, or 2 pounds weekly. That amount may not seem like a lot, but it adds up. If you follow the calorie amounts and drink a lot of water, you may even lose more than it claims. It is also very nice because it teaches you how to eat in portion sizes, but the program still alows you to eat whatever you want. It helped me become happy with myself and I hope,if you decide to join, that it does the same for you.I live in America so I hope it works for you where ever you live! (:

Also, in the beginning, I was too heavy to shop where most of my friends did (my best friend was and still wears a 00)so I made it my goal to lose enough weight to fit into the clothes that those places sold. And not just squeeze into them; seriously comfortable fit. I bought my first jacket from Aeropostale when I was about 175 and it was SO satisfying. I wore it around all the time! Maybe try setting goals for yourself, but try not to reward yourself with food. It completely kills your willpower. Plus, once you lose those first few pounds, it will be so amazing. I was home sick one day when I was looking at myself in the mirror when suddenly, I realized that my lovehandles were gone! I literally started crying. Just convince yourself that you can do it! I know you've probably heard it before but it's the truth! -Sabriyah :)
