Ht. 5'5", Start: 155 lb, Today: 156 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 120 lb - im planning on starting tomorrow but im not sure what to do to help get to my goal weight! Im not very active id rather lay around and sleep or read a book or whatever.. i know this is bad for me.. i would love some ideas and encoruagement thanks

Starting a diet is the hardest part, you start to feel like your missing out on everything you once loved to eat lol
What i started doing in january helped me loose a total of 7 pounds so far.
I run for 30 minutes a day.
15 in the morning and 15 in the evening that way its not overwhelming and you feel like your never gonna finish.
As for my diet, i just eat the healthier versions of things like nonfat instead of the regular type. I also eat whatever i want one time a week that way its easier for me to stay on my diet.
