Ht. 5'4", Start: 170 lb, Today: 166.6 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 150 lb - Okayy, so. . i only lost .2lbs this week. You've got to be kidding me??? lol
I know i didn't work out as hard as i could have, but i still worked out. This gets aggravating. lol Still trying to loose my 10lbs by prom. Oh Wells kicking it into overdrive this week. 2 workouts a dayyy!!!!!!! :D

I hate it when that happens but try to be optimistic about it-at least you lost weight instead of gaining!!! Try to take weight loss at a healthier pace...3 lbs MAX a week, and even then I think that's pushing it. Be steady but don't work out so much or starve yourself so much that you get unhealthy problems while trying to lose weight. Just remember it's more important to be healthy than skinny!
