Ht. 4'10", Start: 200 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 100 lb - I can't believe how much weight I lost in just a week!?! The only thing that was done differently was the way I ate. I changed what I ate at home making it healthy and when I was with my friends I ate a minimum of food. Throughout this whole week I wasn't really paying attention to how I was losing because I was so focused on work, school, and etc. So my thought is... If I could lose that many pounds in just one week with out exercising, how many can I lose if I exercise and eat right? Week 2 of my new life. I do hope everyone else is doing well. =)
