Ht. 5'1", Start: 151 lb, Today: 151 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 100 lb - Hiya! I'm Amanda and i have been over weight sense i was about 8 years old. I've never really been happy with myself...ever. I can always find something wrong with me. I'm really out of shape! In gym class I ran from end line to end line 2 times and i was almost out of breath. We have to run back and forth at least 6 times, by that time i'm practically hyperventilating!!! I really want to loose weight but i cant seem to find something to keep me on track. Any tips?

I know how you feel. Drink eight glass of water a day. And excrise more walk for twenty minutes or more. eat less one meal per serving. That is how I am loseing weighing.
