Ht. 5'5", Start: 316.5 lb, Today: 304 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Woohoo! So guys, I've been doing the Weight Watchers new Points Plus program and if you actually follow it like you should, it works so well! :) My school day is REALLY long (7:30 to 4:00) so I don't really get to exercise much. Does anyone have any tips on getting more exercise during my long day where I'm consistently sitting? Thanks!

Try out track it works very well.... I walk around soemtiems in the halls if I can.. Write how much you eat.... Im sorry you dont get to excrise much at school... Play tenniest. If you can.. During your luchtime break...
