This is a good tip I reacommand... eat one scoop of ice cream low colries.... one slice of pizza I like veggigs on it.. I do a small plate for my luch when I go out to eat restuantions.. I only drink one glass of coke if I have a bad case of minegrains.. Drink a lot of water I throw out my paper plate after I ate my meal.. I do that it works a lot for me try that I am going to a graduation party also I have the same isssue... One severing per meal no sceonds... Read my advice on my bulliton borad it says Jessica 15..
